To empower communities and grassroots institutions—especially women—to lead development processes that strengthen livelihoods, education, health, and natural resource management.

To capacitated leaders, civil society organizations and community based institutions of socially excluded communities (Dalit, Tribal, forest dweller) to work effectively for holistic development and social protection of the socially excluded groups. Special focus on women development & participation.
